The Kriegshunde Fahnlein is a living history organization which represents a group of 16th-Century German mercenaries, also known as Landsknechts, from the Holy Roman Empire of the West. Their purpose is to learn about this segment of history through research, to convey this information by re-creating the characters and environment of a military encampment, and participating as a parade unit.
